Peptamen® With Prebio¹™ is formulated to provide complete or supplemental nutritional support as an easily absorbed oral or tube-fed formula for patients with impaired gastrointestinal function. 4 grams Prebio¹™ per Liter helps to support healthy gut microflora. Balanced peptide profile promotes proximal through distal GI absorption and integrity, and it is 100% whey-based to facilitate gastric emptying. May also be useful as a dual feeding with TPN or as a transition diet from TPN. Available in the Ultrapak® Enteral Closed System. Lactose-free, Gluten-free, Low-Residue. Not for individuals with galactosemia. For use under the care of a medical professional.
